Welty managed the extensive renovation and build-out of floors 2 through 6 and 17, as well as the first floor lobby of the National General Insurance Corporate Headquarters at 800 Superior Avenue. Welty ensured that that all renovated floors included updated electrical, HVAC and sprinklers. Welty also added the latest fiber optics to the entire building.
