Building a Trusted Partnership

General Electric’s 92-acre Nela Park campus is home to the company’s high-profile Lighting Division. Over the years, Welty has helped the company renovate, transform and reconstruct several areas across the complex, including converting an abandoned bank branch into the company’s historical museum; renovating the interior of a building to accommodate the company’s sales division; restoring the terra cotta exterior of one historic building; and rebuilding an existing garage space to serve as a grocery store mock-up for a product presentation to potential clients.
