New City Hall and Civic Plaza

The City of Waller, Texas selected Welty as the Construction Manager for several projects. The scope includes creating a new City Hall and Civic Plaza, as well as renovations and additions to the existing Civic Center.

The 14,000 SF City Hall development requires the revitalization of the city block, which contains existing parking and a commercial structure. The existing buildings will be removed as a part of this project to accommodate the new building and staff parking. The Civic Plaza will also occupy a 1.25 Acre site that will be redeveloped into a gathering and recreational space for the local community.

The 8,700 SF Civic Center project will include a renovation and a 3,500 SF addition.
