Welty Engagement Committee Organizes Homeless Stand Down Volunteer Event for Employees
Our Welty Engagement Committee organized a volunteer event for our employees on Thursday in collaboration with Homeless Stand Down, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing people experiencing homelessness, many of whom are veterans, with essential resources, and opportunities to reintegrate into the community. Together, we packaged 250 hygiene kits to support this important cause.
During the event, we infused some fun into our efforts by setting up an assembly line. Each person took charge of a specific product, and we passed it down the line, working together with the precision and efficiency that would make Henry Ford proud. It was a great display of teamwork and dedication to a meaningful cause.
