The Village at NEOMED

185-Unit Complex Offers Luxury On-Campus Housing

Welty Building Company provided Construction Manager at Risk services for The Village at NEOMED. The project was the University’s first on-campus housing and included construction of three, four-story buildings which are located on the northwest corner of the NEOMED campus. The 270,421 SF luxury residential housing village includes private parking and paved walkways for easy access to campus facilities. The 185 units house approximately 340 students. The one and two-bedroom units provide each resident with a private study area, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The buildings include group study areas on each floor, a large recreation area, and a game room in the main building. Included in this phase of the project were major site improvements and the expansion/upgrade of all on-site utilities.

It was great to have Welty at the table with their experience not only in construction, but also in property management.
