The City of Green selected Welty to provide oversight on the Central Park project, which serves as a central hub and gathering place for the community.  The main components include:

• Walking Paths
• Splash pad
• A 5,700 square foot community building
• An ampitheater
• Playground areas
• Ponds and gardens
• Concession areas
• Space for Farmer’s Market
