When the City of Green, Ohio wanted to consolidate all administrative functions into one building, they turned to Welty. Serving as Construction Manager, Welty provided the insight and expertise needed to ensure the needs of various departments were met including law enforcement, parks & recreation and the school district. The building includes many shared spaces, like conference rooms and a cafeteria, and was designed with water and energy efficiencies in mind.
