Welty is the Construction Manager for the Hall of Fame Waterpark, which is part of a 77-acre development plan to expand the Pro Football Hall of Fame Museum facility. This 147,000 square foot water park will have a waterslide tower, lazy river, wave pool, zero-entry fun zone, swim-up bar, and outdoor entertainment area alongside the Hall of Fame Hotel.
