Private Sailing Club in Lake Erie’s Edgewater Park

Welty provided General Contracting services for renovations and additions to Edgewater Yacht Club, a private sailing club located next to Lake Erie’s Edgewater Park. The project included both a renovation of the existing 7,400 SF building and a 1,400 SF addition. The building received an upgrade with all new HVAC systems, lighting, and finishes throughout. Additionally, complete remodels were made to the kitchen and dining area, doubling the kitchen in size. Updates to the restrooms and locker rooms were made, making the building completely ADA compliant.
