Tenant Improvement

The project was fast-tracked, with procurement initiated swiftly. However, due to COVID-19 and budget constraints, Welty had to rethink the electrical and demountable packages to better serve our client. This led to a significant change order on the cost side of the project.

Substantial Completion was achieved on September 28, 2023, with the move-in completed by October 31, 2023. CBIZ now occupies the top 2 and 1/2 floors of the building, totaling approximately 57,914 SF of Class A business space. The project aimed to create a comfortable, upscale workspace that adapts to changing needs. Minimal built walls and high ceilings maximize exterior views, while high-end custom entries and demountable partitions define private offices and conference areas.

Our team overcame challenges such as delays in lighting and millwork by collaborating closely with consultants and the owner. Coordinating furniture and infrastructure was also complex, but our dedication ensured a seamless turnover. Despite obstacles, we successfully completed the project, welcoming CBIZ into their new space by November 2023.
