Welty Building Company was selected as the Construction Manager to build a new 38,000 SF office building and vehicle maintenance garage of service trucks for American Energy Partners. Located in Cambridge, Ohio, the project included a pre-engineered metal building, a gas detection system, motor vehicle occupancy and repair garage as well as moderate-hazard storage use.
