Half-Time at Play Action Plaza

Welty Building Company was the General Contractor for the Half-Time Center at Play Action Plaza, a new addition to the Hall of Fame Village. This 3.5 acre football-themed green space was designed for recreation, events, concerts, and informal gatherings and is located adjacent to the retail promenade. Welty was responsible for the 1,750 SF building. The lead on the project, Enviroscapes, furnished/installed the plaza and surroundings. The site has an oudoor amphitheater situated between the building and the lower waterfall. The plaza has power and water hookups for 6 food trucks.
