Welty was hired as Construction Manager to build a new 50,077 SF three-level facility for the new Brown Mackie College in North Canton, Ohio. This fast-track project was completed with only six months of construction. Interior spaces include: classrooms, offices, library, college store, lecture hall, computer labs, nurses training labs, medical assistant labs, surgical technology labs, faculty lounges and restrooms.
