Welty served as Construction Manager for a new state-of- the-art, highly secure and environmentally friendly transmission control center. The new center features advanced computer systems that monitor the electrical grid in various geographic areas of the country – meaning all construction needed to not only be completed in a timely manner but with unmatched precision and care.
