Welty was the Construction Manager for the renovation of Settler’s Point, the previous Sammy’s space located on the East Bank of the Flats. The project included interior demolition and renovation to three conjoined buildings built at the turn of the century. The 34,000 SF complex features new historic profile windows, exposed bricks and beams, and 5,529 SF of decks and patios overlooking the Cuyahoga River. The Penthouse features meeting/event space available for building tenants, equipped with a kitchen area, bathroom and breathtaking views.
