Creating a Neighborhood-like Facility

Welty served as Construction Manager for Rockynol’s new 3-story facility, which is designed to deliver the latest in assisted living amenities and services. As part of the project, Welty built in 64 apartment-style residences and 20 comfortable common areas – such as a beauty salon, Internet cafe, gift shop and sunroom – that invite residents out of their units to socialize. The center also features a full-service restaurant-style dining room and exterior architecture that’s inspired by surrounding neighborhood homes.
