Additions and Renovations while maintaining safety for staff and students

Old Trail School is a private, coeducational school serving more than 500 students in preschool through grade eight. Welty constructed a new library, cafeteria and several classrooms while maintaining safety for staff and students who were attending school during the construction phase. Welty also built an admissions and development office and connected two existing buildings by enclosing and preserving the beauty of a historic, connecting walkway.
