inSITE Advisory Group was the the Owner’s Representative working with Welty Construction as the Construction Managers, bringing a whole new dimension to Welty Enterprises’ Horizontal Integration. Together, the teams collaborate with Hasenstab Architects, Inc. to re-imagine and revitalize a neglected car dealership/repair shop/car audio shop in East Akron into a welcoming, modern care-giving space for CHC. As renovations neared completion, environments 4 business stepped in to finish the space with fresh furniture, updated flooring, new cabinets, demountable partitions, and more, seamlessly blending comfort and function.

inSITE Advisory Group went to great lengths to ensure the owner’s satisfaction throughout the project. Even after
the keys were turned over and unexpected challenges arose, inSITE returned to address every issue—making sure the work was completed and delivered at the highest level.
