HOFRECO Center for Performance

Sports Themed Entertainment Zone

Welty Building Company was the Construction Manager for the Center for Performance at the Hall of Fame Village. This project is part of the second phase for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village. It is a 109,000-square-foot air-pressurized building space of exhibition halls and athletic performance spaces. The space will be used for enshrinement events, athletic events, concerts, and major consumer events like and home and garden shows. The project was intended to provide a sports-themed entertainment zone that developers hope will make Canton a multi-day destination.

This project also has two large indoor airlock gates for easy vehicle access into the dome. As well as, a large space for two basketball courts, and two supporting buildings which have restrooms, locker rooms, offices, utility spaces, and a warming kitchen.
