Welty is the Construction Manager for the CHC Addiction Services project. Welty will be converting the building next to CHC’s current treatment facility in Akron into Administrative Offices. The existing building was formerly a car dealership and maintenance garage and includes two large warehouse spaces that will be converted into offices, board rooms, and conference rooms. Once complete, the space will feature new flooring, cabinets, etc, provided by our environments 4 business team, and much more.
