Transmission Control Center – Project Gator

Welty served as Construction Manager for a new two-story, 160,000-square-foot Transmission Control Center supporting electric, gas and nuclear operations. Designed as a mission-critical facility, the operations center features state-of-the-art technology, redundant systems and advanced security measures to ensure uninterrupted performance. The project also included a central utility plant, an internal data center, conference rooms, office space, a café and a new parking lot.
