Roberts Hall Parish Life Center

Welty Building Company was hired as the General Contractor to build this new social hall called the Roberts Hall Parish Life Center. Features of the new facility include one 88 foot x 99 foot banquet hall, eight conference / meeting rooms that can be combined to hold larger group, three spacious restrooms, covered entryway commercial kitchen, basement storage area, and a new lighted parking lot. Old Trail School is a private, coeducational school serving more than 500 students in preschool through grade eight. Welty constructed a new library, cafeteria and several classrooms while maintaining safety for staff and students who were attending school during the construction phase. Welty also built an admissions and development office and connected two existing buildings by enclosing and preserving the beauty of a historic, connecting walkway.
