Renovation

Welty was hired as the Construction Manager for Summa Health’s two phase 6,895 sf renovation in the Behavioral Health Observation Area of the Summa Emergency Department. This two phase renovation was created for Summa Health to be able to meet current healthcare standards and ensure patient and healthcare provider safety. The project involved reconfiguration of all patient observation areas and the central nurse station and included security upgrades and anti-ligature finishes throughout. Upon successful completion of the assessment, Welty was permitted to begin work on phase 2 of the project.
