6th LEED Accredited YMCA Facility

This new 55,000 SF YMCA is a community collaboration involving the Akron Area YMCA and Summa Health System. This facility is YMCA’s flagship Summit County facility, and only the sixth LEED accredited YMCA Facility across the U.S. This facility features multiple pools, child care, an indoor track, a large fitness area, and basketball and racquetball courts. Unique to this YMCA, the facility will also feature an orthopedic and fitness-oriented portion operated by Summa Health System.
