Office Renovation

Welty completed the renovation of the United Way of Summit County’s office space in downtown Akron under a tight schedule of less than three months. The 47,500 square foot space includes updated office space as well as a newly renovated lobby, kitchen, service area, and 3,300 square foot conference room which can accommodate 125 people. Welty is self-performing the carpentry work on this renovation.
