Welty Building Company was contracted as the Construction Manager at Risk to build a 44,000 SF outpatient medical office and surgery center for Spectrum Orthopedics Inc. in Jackson Township. Signet Development Ltd. owns the facility at the corner of Frank Avenue and Applegrove Street and leases the building to the medical practice. The facility includes medical offices, an MRI suite and a physical therapy suite, as well as an outpatient surgery center. The project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2014. The orthopedic practice consolidated its existing offices in Canton, North Canton, Massillon and Hills and Dales.
