Welty is the Construction Manager for the Hall of Fame Hotel, which is part of the 77 acre development plan that will expand the Pro Football Hall of Fame Museum facility. This upscale, 4-star hotel will be football themed and encompass a total of 690,000 square feet. The hotel will showcase a variety of special features, including a pool, spa, fitness area, restaurant, and bar. Additionally, the hotel will include a 50,000 square foot conference center that will contain a 600 guest, 12,000 square foot ballroom. Hotel guests will be able to conveniently park in the nearby 650-space parking garage.
