A NEW BUILDING IN A CLASSIC STYLE
Welty Building Company and Ricciuti Balog & Partners Architects served as the design/build team for the new Seventh District Court of Appeals in the City of Youngstown. The new courthouse is a 21,000 SF facility consisting of 3 levels at 7,000 SF per floor. The appellate court serves Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, Mahoning, Monroe and Noble counties.
