Additions and Renovations Completed in 6 weeks and on time

Included an Addition of a new roof top Dectron Air Handler

Welty Building Company was awarded the Construction Management contract for the complete replacement of the mechanical filtration systems for the Aquatic center. This included the addition of a new roof top Dectron Air Handler. Extensive structural steel supports and membrane roofing modifications were required. The reworking of existing electrical and mechanical systems was also included. Replacement of the curtain wall system at the pool deck was also part of this project. The complete project had a 6 week schedule and was completed on time and on budget.
