When Welty joined this project as Construction Manager, they were faced with a shell of a building and a tight four-month timeframe. We delivered, completing the build-out of the two-story space on schedule while ensuring key features, like a family practice, lab, imaging, cardiovascular testing, cardiac rehab and physical therapy areas, provided essential amenities for staff and patients.
