Alteration Work

Welty was hired as the Construction Manager/General Contractor for alteration work to Medical Mutual’s first floor suite in the Crossroads Centre building located in Rossford, OH.

The 13,500 SF office features a video conference room, workroom, break room, mothers room, training room, 125 cubicles, 7 private offices, and 4 huddle rooms.

The Project includes selective interior demolition, rough & finish carpentry, millwork, doors, frames & hardware, glass & glazing, drywall & framing, new finishes (walls, floors, ceilings), toilet accessories & partitions, corner & wall protection, equipment, and modifications to existing fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
