This one-of-a-kind project included the construction of 225 independent living apartments and 66 villas; 59 assisted living apartments for memory-supportive care; and a 75-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In addition to the functional living spaces, Welty oversaw construction on quality-of-life features like resident activity spaces, cafés, a fireside garden atrium, outdoor patios, solarium, and more.
