Third and fourth floor remodel

Welty Building Company was the construction manager for this 15,000 SF satellite campus remodel for Hondros College of Nursing. The Akron campus is the seventh campus location for Hondros College.

This campus remodel of the third and fourth floor included classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, a student lounge, lab space and testing areas. Chemical resistant counter-tops and cabinets were installed in the labs. The project team delivered the keys 6 days early for the 2 month schedule.
