Build-Out for a New Fitness Center

The Driven Elite Fitness project involved the build-out of a 4,611 sf fitness gym. The scope of work included the installation of a concrete subfloor, plastic laminate casework, doors frames, and hardware, as well as glass and aluminum storefronts. Additionally, metal stud and drywall partitions were installed, along with acoustic ceilings, ceramic tile flooring, and wall tile. The project also included the installation of polished concrete flooring, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The completed project provided a modern and functional fitness space for Driven Elite Fitness.
