Welty constructed Hudson’s revitalized downtown shopping, dining, retail and business area, including nine new buildings and new streets. Under Welty’s guidance, the architecture and landscaping of the complex remains within the strict guidelines set forth by the city’s architectural historic review board, preserving the quaint Western Reserve architectural style.
