Transforming a Historic Building into a Contemporary Corporate Headquarters

Welty was the Construction Manager for the historical renovation of Dealer Tire’s corporate headquarters. The renovation encompassed a total of four floors. The project also included a fully covered three-level, 650-space parking structure. The open, contemporary office space boasts a variety of unique features, including:

  • 29 conference rooms and 27 collaborative “huddle rooms”
  • Two training rooms and a video editing room
  • Walking track and workout area
  • Café
  • Fitness center and yoga room
