Welty Builders was the Construction Manager for the new 10-story Courtyard by Marriott in Akron’s Northside District. The 110,000 SF location has 146 guest rooms including six luxury loft suites. Special features include an 18-seat high definition theater, a bistro cafe, pool, fitness center, and the Northside Speakeasy, which serves craft cocktails and small bites.
