Welty Building Company is the lead Construction Manager for the new 1,000,000SF global headquarters facility in Cleveland, Ohio.

The project includes a 36-story tower, five-story parking garage, two-story pavilion, and two above-ground walkways on nearly 7 acres of land west of Public Square, along portions of Superior Avenue and West 3rd Street. The parking garage would feature approximately 920 spaces with four levels above grade and one basement level, while the pavilion would be the point of visitor entry and would feature Client Confidential Center of Excellence and a place for learning and development. The 36-story Headquarters Tower would become one of the tallest buildings in downtown Cleveland. The start of construction was announced at the new site in January 2022. The Company plans to move more than 3,100 employees into its new headquarters.
