Creating Three New Restaurants from Scratch

Welty served as Construction Manager for three new high-concept restaurants located on the East Bank of the Cleveland Flats: Ken Stewart’s East Bank, Lago Restaurant & Wine Bar, and Willeyville Handcrafted Consumables. Each property varied in terms of design scope, clientele, size and needs – yet Welty gave attention to detail to all three projects, simultaneously managing the individual needs and overseeing the separate construction crews.
