inSITE Advisory Group is proud to partner with the City of Tallmadge as a member of the economic development team. Our engagement focuses on strengthening business relationships, advancing priority redevelopment initiatives, and strengthening the City’s internal capacity. Working closely with City leadership and staff, inSITE helped translate strategic goals into measurable actions through proactive outreach, data-driven analysis, and organized public engagement.

For the past 3 years, inSITE has built an impressive BRE program. Through cultivating productive relationships with local businesses, inSITE and the City of Tallmadge have several active projects for business expansion. Throughout our partnership, inSITE helped to move a shelved plan for a zoning overlay into a focused redevelopment strategy for West Avenue, a main thoroughfare that needs continued investment.

Other outcomes include:
• Economic development marketing tools delivered, including a New Business Resource Guide, refreshed website content, infographics, and site-ready materials
• Data-driven decision-making enhanced through market research, site and building inventories, demographic analysis, and a retail market report
• Internal capacity expanded through implementation of a CRM system, support for KPI tracking, and participation in strategic planning and priority-setting
• Regional partnerships strengthened through engagement with workforce, finance, innovation, and brokerage partners to support business growth and entrepreneurship

Through the leadership of the Mayor, and the support of Tallmadge City Council, Tallmadge continues to lead the way in creating a business-friendly ecosystem for existing businesses, while opening the door for new businesses. inSITE looks forward to our continued partnership with Tallmadge as we implement the 2026 Economic Development Roadmap to grow economic opportunity.
