The CHC Addiction Services project brought a whole new dimension to Welty Enterprises’ Horizontal Integration. For this transformation, Welty Building Construction served as the Construction Manager, while inSITE Advisory Group acted as the Owner’s Representative. Together, the teams collaborated with Hasenstab Architects, Inc. to reimagine and revitalize a neglected car dealership/repair shop/car audio shop in East Akron into a welcoming, modern care-giving space for CHC.

As renovations neared completion, Environments 4 Business stepped in to finish the space with fresh furniture, updated flooring, new cabinets, demountable partitions, and more—seamlessly blending comfort and function.

This state-of-the-art facility now provides an inclusive, uplifting environment that supports the dedicated CHC team as they continue their critical, life-saving work in the community.
