Tenant Remodel

Buckeye Corrugated, an industry leading designer and manufacturer of corrugated packaging and displays, made the decision to expand their training capabilities with a 2,500 SF tenant build-out on the 2nd floor of their current headquarters building. Work on the remodel began in July 2021. Welty successfully remodeled the building in four months with owner occupancy in November 2021. The project had to overcome challenges from the 2021 supply chain shortages and used Value Engineering to find more readily available materials.
