Brouse McDowell Law Firm

Creating a Corporate Office Space that Adapts and Evolves with Technology

With offices in the city since 1919, Brouse McDowell was committed to the downtown Akron area – they just needed a space that lived up to their growing needs and evolving business technologies. They called on Welty to renovate the fifth floor of the Tell Building (formerly known as the Advanced Elastomer Systems Building) into 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space that would allow the law firm to easily adapt to technological advances in communications and information sharing.
