Camp Butler

Demolition of existing shower facility

Welty was the Construction Manager for the new Boy Scouts of America; Camp Butler Project. This project involved demolition of an existing shower facility and construction of new 3600 sf Shower/Restroom and Changing Room Facility. The new facility houses 15 Individual Shower/Restroom Units and 16 Changing Room Units.

The building is under one roof but houses 2 separate facilities for the restrooms and changing rooms.

This project was within budget and 2 months ahead of schedule. The project was completed in under 5 months total. Due to their non-profit status, monitoring the project budget and cost savings was essential for a happy customer.

The project consisted of numerous material donations on behalf of the Boy Scout supporters. Welty oversaw the logistics and installation of all project materials.
