Welty Building Construction was hired as the General Contractor to refresh the existing office space with new paint, wall covering, carpet and LVT flooring throughout and new millwork cabinetry throughout. The lobby was remodeled with new finishes, drywall work, and millwork. Welty renovated both restrooms with new finishes and partitions.

With Welty’s unique Horizontal Integration approach, environments 4 business provided new office partitions for both sides of the space and also provided a feature piece in the lobby.
