Welty -Welty Builders partnered with Fairmount Properties, Developer, and Vocon, the Architect of Record, to bring a new multi-story, mixed-use building to the historic, downtown Kent. This property helps meet the increasing demand for housing and retail in this booming college town.

This new 38,000 SF building serves multiple purposes such as a pizza shop and two additional retail spaces within the 5,100 SF first floor. There are 52 units on the upper four floors, all ranging from 350 to 380 SF each. Each of the four residential floors have six one-bedroom apartments which range from 530 to 700 SF each.
