Aloft Hotels is a modern, fresh, and fun destination. It is a place where walls have been knocked down to create a space that is open in design and open to possibilities.

Welty was the Construction Manager for a new boutique Aloft Hotel located near The Ohio State University campus. The 6-story modern, trendy hotel includes 164 rooms, a 533 square foot meeting room, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, a lobby with lounge area, W XYZ bar, and a spacious outdoor patio. The hotel was constructed on a 2.9 acre property with an inviting Porte Cochere and situated atop a two-level parking garage.
