Renovating for Multiple Tenants

Amtrust Realty chose Welty to manage multiple interior renovations and upgrades at their downtown Cleveland office building. The project consisted of ten floors of new tenant fit out, installation of two emergency generator systems, a lobby renovation and new data center. Welty met strict construction schedules and safety requirements while ensuring minimal disruption to the fully operational facility.
