Q&A session with: Tom Charek
How do you give back to the community?
I focus on giving back to the community by giving my energy to charities that help children and families. I’m involved with Ronald McDonald House of North East Ohio where I’m on the Board and they make a difference with families in need while their children are receiving medical care. I’m also on the Board of The Rainey Institute that helps children in Cleveland Hough Neighborhood learn skills and attend summer camps.
What problems do you enjoy solving?
Large problems, with a number of moving pieces that need to be weighed, gives me the most joy to find solutions.
What do you enjoy most about your career?
Seeing ideas on paper become reality that’s able to be touched. I enjoy driving by these lasting legacies with the family.
