Why do you love what you do?

I have a passion for creating innovative solutions, connecting others to those ideas, developing those connections into results, and leveraging those innovations into further progress for myself, my family, and my company.

How do you inspire?

I strive to be an example of all 5 tenets of OPTIC, and inspire others to exemplify these as well.

What do you hope your legacy in the construction industry will be?

Use my vision to develop Welty and my colleagues by seeking innovative methods, improved processes, and the best ways to communicate.
